3D Graphics With Less “scare factor”

The game starts with the animation of the castle gates opening, and with the background drawn in detailed 3D. The improvement of graphics in comparison to the first Blood Suckers becomes apparent immediately. The background however is not the same scary catacombs-like scenario, but instead a fantasy inspired room. The 3D vampire huntress left of the reels gives the game a modern feel, as the first part of the game did using 2D only.
The symbols are less interesting than the ones of the first game, however – coloured playing card symbols, as well as fantasy inspired creatures. These do not fit with the theme that well; the garlic, the bible and cross from the first game were more directly related to the scenario – a vampire game.
